Went back out this past Saturday and got another five lobsters for dinner. Here's a shot of me with one of them after being measured and about to go in the bag. My friend needs to learn to let the camera focus before taking the shot but he's getting better.



I spotted a lobster about 15 pounds but I couldn't get it to come out far enough to get a good photo. It doesn't look like it's going anywhere in a hurry so maybe next time.

The next one is of the ledge off Kettle Island and the other two are of a couple of the local inverts.

So when's the big Salthub lobster dinner? I'll take the 15lb'er

Sorry Dave, you can only look at the lobzilla's in my area. Max size is 5" which is around a 3.5 - 4 pounder. Still a very respectable size for dinner. And after all, one must leave room for desert.

As for the big lobster dinner, :hungry:

Thanks, I'm glad you like them and there will definitely be more. I got my birthday present from Lisa last night, a new strobe for my camera. I am so psyched to get it in the water and try it out. No more backscatter from the built-in flash and tons more light to work with. Whoohoo!!!

That is great stuff. I am a huge Lobster fan (consumer that is) and wish I could afford to chow down on it as much as I could.
