| Auto top off seems to be a hot topic at the moment. Would be a good discussion, and I'm sure we could pull together enough different systems to describe most common ways to get it done.

| This is my $.02 for this new year I want Honesty if something happens or goes wrong (im not gonna bring up any past issues) at the very least i think the paid members should know its kind of our right. look at us as oh um a group of board of directors we are all technically investors. we are investing in this club so it is our right to know if something is off. After all honesty is the best policy. i agree with Jerry as well. we also need different times or days for meetings so we cah have a higher variety of members comnig to the meetings. |

| All the ideas, suggestions, and a great attitudes that have been posted above appears to be the foundation of a great reef club. I'd be glad to be a part of this event and attend meetings. Jerry got the ball in motion with a unanamous agreement with his suggestions. Seems many people have an interest in DIY projects, great idea as well as many other subjects that can be discussed, ie, dosing, lighting, water parameters, RODI setups, filtering methods, etc etc. And yes it's true "A Reef Addicts Support Group".............."hi my name is________and I just can't pass by a LFS without buying a coral"............. Quilty and I need help, pass the frag, please. I'm not sure how much this will help but I belong to another hobby and we hold our meetings in Chelmsford, Ma, a small function hall that I'm sure that Salthub may be interested in. I'll talk to the owners Sunday 10/11/07 provided that the group is relativley small due to room size. Available for Christmas parties as well.

| You're Welcome Marc, I find the forum to be comfortable to post ideas and any help that I can assist in and not be critisize/flamed nor do the same to any others and conform to forum rules as well as club rules. I agree with Denis aka mfreef in his post stated above.

| The only meeting type situation Ive been to is the BBQ so I dont even know how meetings work..and if you dont know anyone there it makes it all the harder to attend! So as Jerry already said post the meeting agenda up front and always have a frag swap...everyone loves a frag swap! Diy prodjects are always nice as well. Hands on is always better than looking at pictures IMO! I like the photo contest, and raffles, and general member prizes.. I think a consistant monthly schedule is key!

| I like the idea of a meeting with agendas. I like to see the meetings held in a public location, I think its easier for most folks to attend. I'd prefer to see the meetings held in NH, we are a NH Reef club < grin > after all. I'd also like to see it held in different areas so the same folks ( like me ) aren't always driving an hour to attend a meetings in Nashua or Salem. Thanks for reading !

| This can be taken as good news or not so good news depending on the location of where some of the reefers reside and a meeting location if one is to be determined. I spoke to the owners/managers at where I hold my meetings and let them know if it is available for this group. They wanted to know when, I did not know, but the function hall is (the good part) free for our use as long as we have lunch there. The room holds 65 people. OK the not so good..........it's at Skips Restaurant in Chelmsford http://www.skipsrestaurant.com/index.html, family style restaurant, very well known in the area. So I leave it up to Salthub Admin if they'd like to think about it. If y'all have other plans in the works it's good cause it was not a problem running by the restaurant.
