Question Fish, and Coral Death.

How much does it have to do with synthetic salt mixes? Not sure how other may feel, but Is there a link at all?:blah:

I think it is more about the fluctuations in water quality more than the type of salt. as your quality fluctuates your fish and corals tolerances become tested. If those fluctuations happen to often or just becomes to much the stress that your live stock can handle is reduced and we all know that you stress it out and it dies.

I wouldnt think that saltmixes would be to blame for livestock deaths. On occasion a bad batch comes through ( all brands are susceptable to this ). Various brands of salt mixes contain varying levels of elements, which may make different mixes better suited for different environments. Aside from that I would just pick a brand and stick with it.
